It looks like the fuel filter on my boat. Mine is Fram.

 Looks like a fuel filter for a tractor trailer or something similar. Pretty neat. I never knew Amoco manufactured filters.

I see the FFC-41211 listed as both a fuel filter and an oil filter (and a fuel oil filter). You can get new cartridges on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/FFC41211-Direct-Replacement-Fuel-Filter/dp/B07DS5MBCB

That’s a confused filter, and slightly creepy on Google’s part . Those WIX boxes look old.

Closer inspection of the box has “Eastex Pi edmont” on one of the flaps.  Maybe they’re the manufacturer?
